Puds and her sister share a deep love for food and desserts. Every weekend, their grandad would prepare special breakfasts for them, and he even created exclusive meals with unique names just for them. One day, he surprised them with his own version of fried ice cream. While traveling around the world, they discovered that this was successful idea. Inspired by their family recipe, Puds and her family put together a menu that is now their creation

Imaan, is a passionate high school student who loves family, charity work, and ice cream. She's a great model for her siblings and the community. As a multilingual speaker, especially in Welsh, she enjoys learning about other cultures and ways life.

 

Bes, is a wonderful younger sister who values her family, charity work, and her favorite colors. She takes pride in supporting her sister and learning from her how to become a young lady with ambition and drive to be a good person.

Our Journey 

​

Our journey to perfecting our ice cream wasn't a short. We had to go through a lot of trial and error, studying the science behind it, and learning about the rich history of this beloved dessert. We were fascinated by the different freezing techniques and how they can produce a variety of delicious treats.

​

Despite facing a setback with our brand new freezer breaking down prior to our open day on October 31st, 2023, we were able to replace it in time and successfully host the event. We were honored to have the presence of the Lord Mayor of Cardiff, who cut the ribbon and enjoyed our ice cream. Her support has been invaluable to us ever since

As the first independent ice cream parlor in Cardiff, we are committed to providing a highly personalized service and custom-made ice cream, setting ourselves apart from the big franchises.
